• All products sold are brand new and have never been used. They are all purely Hand-made.

Delivery Procedure

Zohaib Furniture will schedule the delivery with you. At the scheduled delivery appointment, the team will deliver your furniture at your home, assemble it in your room. This superior level of service has been offered to all our customers.

Note: Please check the elevator size while placing the order for an item.

RETURN POLICY

All of our products are Made after Order, Hence Zohaib Furniture LLC will not accept any returns. Unless the delivered product has a manufacturing defect, in which case Zohaib Furniture will bear full responsibility and Repair the product OR Replace the product depending on the depth of the defect. An agent from Zohaib Furniture will be sent to assess the manufacturing defect and advice you accordingly.

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT

Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing an order (online or by a sales agent). Afterward, there will be a charge of AED 100 per item for any cancellation unless production has yet to be started.

PAYMENT CLEARANCE 

You have to deposit half or at least some amount before delivery and remaining after delivery. No exceptions Please.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Normal delivery time is THREE working days unless your product is very extensive and needs more time to be manufactured.  driver will call you when he’s enroute for delivery.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
